About the role
We are actively seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead all Sales recruitment across Hong Kong and Greater China. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with major stakeholders to support consistent growth across the Sales team and create a strong network within the fintech industry.
What you'll be doing
* Source and headhunt potential candidates by using various sourcing tools and strategic methods
* Network with potential candidates in the industry to create a strong pipeline of suitable candidates
* Take the responsibility of Sales recruitment across Hong Kong and Greater China; Ensure headcount KPI is met
* Work closely with Sales leaders and execute a hiring strategy which aligns with the business growth plan
* Work on Attraction and Branding, be an ambassador of the business and create a positive candidate experience
* Create new solutions on how to target specific candidate pools within a market
What you'll need
* Experience in recruiting sales/business development professionals in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and networking skills
* Experience in a start-up/growth environment
* Fluent in Mandarin and good level of English speaking
