Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract candidates with 1-5 years of buy-side experience.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with university career centers and professional networks to facilitate campus recruiting.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and strategies.
- Stay informed about market trends in talent acquisition and leverage new tools and technologies to enhance the recruitment process.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the financial industry.
- Experience in campus recruiting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment channels and techniques, including social media and job boards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the buy-side investment space or financial services.
- Proven track record of successful candidate placements.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HRIS tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel for recruitment events as needed.
