Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract candidates with 1-5 years of buy-side experience.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with university career centers and professional networks to facilitate campus recruiting.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and strategies.
  • Stay informed about market trends in talent acquisition and leverage new tools and technologies to enhance the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the financial industry.
  • Experience in campus recruiting is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment channels and techniques, including social media and job boards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the buy-side investment space or financial services.
  • Proven track record of successful candidate placements.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HRIS tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel for recruitment events as needed.
