APAC Recruiter - (Quant Hedge Fund + Fluent Chinese)

The Role

A top global quant hedge fund is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic recruiter to join APAC talent acquisition team. He / She will play a key role in attracting top talent from universities and colleges to support the growth and success of our firm. This individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and execute campus recruitment initiatives.

What You'll Do

· Assist in the development of campus recruitment strategies aligned with company hiring needs and talent acquisition goals.

· Actively source and screen candidates through resume reviews, interviews, and assessments to identify individuals with the potential to excel in quantitative research roles.

· Develop creative and compelling messaging to effectively communicate company's value proposition to prospective candidates.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of events and maximize engagement with students and faculty.

· Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication, guidance, and support. · Track and analyze key metrics related to recruitment activities, including candidate engagement, event attendance, application conversion rates, and hiring outcomes.

What You'll Need to Have

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

· 1-2 years of experience in campus recruiting, talent acquisition, or a similar role, preferably within the quant hedge fund industry.

· Good understanding of quantitative research, trading strategies, and related concepts is highly desirable.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

· Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
