Data Analytics & Data Science Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Section Head in implementing data and analytics strategies.
2. Collaborate with departments to identify business opportunities and provide data-driven insights.
3. Support the development of AI/ML models for various data science use cases.
4. Conduct in-depth analysis using advanced customer analytics and big data technologies.
5. Deliver timely and quality analytics to internal stakeholders.
6. Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in data analytics, including developing analytics use cases.
2. Experience in building Machine Learning models is highly preferred.
3. Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
4. Solid experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikSense.
5. Familiarity with cloud environments.
6. Experience in the banking, insurance, or financial services industry is preferred, along with excellent communication skills for effective interaction with business units.
