Talent Acquisition Manager - Asia

About the role

As the client continues to expand reach in the fast-paced world of finance and technology, they are looking for a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join Asia team. If you have a proven track record in hiring top tech talent within the fintech or internet industry, this is the role for you.

Report to Asia HR Head.

What You'll Do

* End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the entire recruitment cycle for urgent hiring roles.

* Talent Strategy: Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, source, and hire high-caliber tech professionals across different levels and regions.

* Partnership with Leadership: Collaborate closely with department heads, particularly in Engineering, Product, and IT, to understand talent needs and provide recruitment solutions that align with company's growth objectives.

* Employer Branding: Enhance Group's employer brand within the fintech and tech space through participation in industry events, university partnerships, and online branding initiatives.

* Hiring Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and cost-per-hire, ensuring continuous improvement in the recruitment process.

* Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcers, providing guidance and ensuring the team meets hiring goals.

What You'll Need to Have

* Minimum of 5-8 years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years focused on recruiting for tech roles within fintech, internet, or similar industries.

* Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring hard-to-find talent using creative and effective methods.

* Ability to leverage recruitment data to inform decisions and strategies.

* Good understanding of the key technical skill sets (e.g., data, algorithm, software development ect.).

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage competing priorities.

* Native Chinese & Fluent English.
