Job Duties:
* Implement Data Sourcing and Management controls for regulatory reports of HKMA.
* Develop and maintain the data management related documentation for Business Data Elements such as data dictionaries, data lineages, trusted sources assessment and data quality controls.
* Work with process owners and IT for the data quality rules implementation on Finance Systems and End User Computing.
* Coordinate with various Finance teams in Group / Region / countries, DAO, IT teams and other GB/GFs for data management initiatives.
* Co-create with IT Platform team on Generative AI initiatives for Finance
Qualifications & Experience:
* University degree in Business Admin, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
* At least 4 years' experience in banking and finance areas with IT BA background.
* Experience to work in IT and Data related projects.
* Good understanding of data-related issues and its implication to financial reporting in a Bank.
* Good knowledge in finance reporting, finance systems and data processes are in advantages.
* Strong BA/project management and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills in both written and verbal.
* High attention to detail with ability to understand and assess complex and large volumes of information.
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with ability to build and maintain relationships.
