Our Global Banking Client is looking for an experienced system engineer to join their IT team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 And L2 support for Windows PCs, online trading platforms and Desktop infrastructure environment
- Manager user administration including issuing and returns of desktop, lap top, blackberry and WFH kit
- Manage new joiner and user departure process
- Manager Windows PC desktop built
- Assist server patching
- Asset Management including all IT assets
- Disaster Recovery
- Infrastructure Administration including provide root cause analysis and trouble-shooting with HO field engineer if needed.
Requirements :
- Higher education (university / FH) in IT or natural sciences
- 4 years of practical experience in an IT environment, preferably from banking and finance industry.
- Familiar with user accounts on Active Directory, Citrix, Cisco Phone, and other systems
- Familiar with working user permission with JIRA ticketing system, administering Phone Profile setup
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
