Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to play a critical role in driving leadership growth and organisational development. This role will provide expert guidance to support team leaders, ensuring the implementation of best HR practices and strategic initiatives that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Provide leadership coaching and development to enhance the effectiveness of team leaders.
• Drive change management initiatives to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure the alignment of talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning with business needs.
• Collaborate with business units to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to drive informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR business partnering, preferably in a strategic role.
• Proven expertise in leadership development and coaching senior leaders.
• Strong understanding of organisational design and talent management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead change initiatives in a dynamic business environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in multinational or complex corporate environments.
• Certification in leadership coaching or HR methodologies.
• Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
