The successful candidate must have extensive experience in employee benefits sales and a deep understanding of the insurance industry. You will be expected to identify new business opportunities, create tailored client solutions, and negotiate complex sales contracts to drive revenue growth. A strong network within the corporate sector and a proven track record in achieving sales targets are essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing key stakeholder relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
To be considered for this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant professional certifications will be advantageous. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate sales within the insurance or financial services sector is required. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills are essential, alongside the ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment. Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin will be highly beneficial.
