Senior Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Establishment: Identify key industries in the country/region/market, identify key/potential customers, and be able to proactively find key decision-making chains and identify customers' actual needs.
- Product & Technological Value Delivery: Independently explain the standard Cloud product solutions to customers; or with the support of SA, independently explain the solutions matching the customer's business scenarios to customers, and clearly communicate the competitiveness of the product solutions and the business value that can be created for customers.
- Decision-Making Promotion & Business Opportunity Conversion: Promote the customer to make quick decisions to adopt and continuously use the products and technology solutions through effective resource integration and operation, creating value for customers continuously.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales, specifically within the Cloud Banking or related industries.
- Strong ability to identify key customers and decision-making chains in the target market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
- Demonstrated capability in delivering technology and product value to customers and aligning them with their business needs.
- Track record of successfully promoting customer decisions and converting opportunities into revenue streams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
