Risk Control and Support Head, Private Banking, Max 70K

My client is the Tier 1 commercial bank and looking for a session head with strong stakeholder management skill on risk control to lead a team of 9 in private banking sector.


Job Responsibility:

1. Establish and implement departmental quality assurance strategies and service standards to continuously improve the quality of Private Banking services.
2. 2Coordinate and plan orientation, on boarding service training, and license accreditation to foster front-line engagement and cultivate a culture of quality service in compliance with HKMA standards.
3. Monitor the service quality within the department, analyze customer feedback for management review, and identify actionable measures to enhance the overall customer experience.
4. Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute process improvement projects, aiming to improve departmental service efficiency.

Job Requirements

• University degree or above in related subjects.
• Over 7 years banking experience or relevant working experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
