My client is the Tier 1 commercial bank and looking for a session head with strong stakeholder management skill on risk control to lead a team of 9 in private banking sector.
Job Responsibility:
- Establish and implement departmental quality assurance strategies and service standards to continuously improve the quality of Private Banking services.
- 2Coordinate and plan orientation, on boarding service training, and license accreditation to foster front-line engagement and cultivate a culture of quality service in compliance with HKMA standards.
- Monitor the service quality within the department, analyze customer feedback for management review, and identify actionable measures to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute process improvement projects, aiming to improve departmental service efficiency.
Job Requirements
- University degree or above in related subjects.
- Over 7 years banking experience or relevant working experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
