Your expertise in understanding user requirements, designing standardized templates, and utilizing automation tools will contribute to the efficient identification of discrepancies within financial data. Responsibilities: * Automate manual tasks and optimize the reconciliation process to enhance efficiency and accuracy * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user requirements and identify areas of improvement in financial processes * Design and maintain standardized templates to be used in the reconciliation process, enabling the proactive identification of discrepancies * Utilize automation tools, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and data analytics, to streamline financial operations and increase productivity * Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes * Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in finance, accounting, and automation * Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of process enhancements and automation initiatives Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field * Proven experience of 3-5 years within a multinational company, preferably in the insurance industry * Strong proficiency in utilizing RPA and data analytics tools to automate financial processes and drive efficiency * In-depth knowledge and understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, and financial systems * Ability to analyze user requirements and translate them into practical solutions * Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and proposing effective resolutions * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels * Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality in financial analysis and reporting * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
