Job Responsibilities:
- Manage existing portfolio and maximize business opportunities
- Pitch deals and solicit business opportunities
- Be responsible for comprehensive credit applications to obtain credit approval
- Manage the whole deal process and collaborate with all internal departments for the deal execution, drawdown and post-monitoring
- Perform periodic review for the key accounts to report and control the risks
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above in related discipline
- 6 years of experience in Corporate Banking in Relationship Management
- Familiarity in Real Estate and PE Funds with rich deal knowledge for Real Estate Finance is highly preferred
- Strong credit sense and excellent English writing for credit proposal
- Customer-oriented with passion to cultivate business relationship
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
- junior candidate with less years of experience will also be considered
