Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop existing client relationships in Commercial Banking to drive loan & non-borrowing business
- Identify new business opportunities within the commercial sector and cross-sell other banking products
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional client service at all times.
- Negotiate terms of business and agreement with clients and conduct post-credit monitoring
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field preferred
- 3 years of experience as Relationship Manager in Commercial/Business Banking
- Excellent knowledge of banking regulations and procedures and high familiarity of banking products
- High-level business acumen and experience in the commercial sector
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS office and banking software
