About the Role
As the Senior Manager of Capital Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the capital positions of Local Business Units.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert direction and oversight the capital management of Local Business Units.
- Establish and execute capital management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the capital management team.
- Engage with stakeholders and executive management to present capital position updates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in capital management within the actuarial field.
- Strong understanding of actuarial concepts and principles.
- Exceptional leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., FSA, CERA) will be advantageous.
