HR Director

Job Description:

We are looking for a HR Director to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field required.
• A minimum of 10 years HR managerial experience.
• Experience in a senior HR role in a similar industry is strongly preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of human resource law and practices in China.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
