Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Leading HR function within the company.
- Acting as the HR Business Partner to advise and lead strategic initiatives.
- Implementing and maintaining HR processes in accordance with company rules and policies.
- Partnering with the management team to understand strategic objectives.
- Planning and overseeing the HR budget.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in HR leadership and HRBP roles.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is a must.
- Proven track record in leading HR functions.
- Experience in chemical industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
